A

Dorsal aspect of the forearm, 2 cun proximal to the wrist crease btw the radius and the ulna

Perpendicular at a depth of 0.5 to 1 cun

Sympathetic switch, inflammation of the forearm extensor tendons, tenosynovitis, tennis elbow, problems in hand, wrist and elbow, motor problems of the arm and elbow

A

Arm abducted, identify the posterior tip of the acromion, slide down into the depression/dimple btw the posterior and middle fibers of the deltoid

Intra articular, toward midpoint of the axilla at a depth of 1-1.5 cun

Pain and inflammation of the shoulder joint, ligaments, tendon and fascia, subdeltoid bursitis, arthritis, capsulitis, tendonitis

A

In the depression on the lateral end of the eyebrow at the lateral superior corner of the orbital fossa

Obliquely, superior to inferior or lateral to medial along the eyebrow at a depth of 0.3 to 0.5 cun

Trigeminal V1 and V2 neuralgia, Bell’s Palsy, headache
