What is an Inference?

A

When a statement is treated like a fact that is when the communication gets lost.

EX: Car B is going straight, while Car A has their blinker on to go right. Car B continues and runs into Car A. Car actually left the blinker on and it communicated to Car B that they were going somewhere else. Result in an accident.

A

EX: If the special coordinated gets the same comment they have received before, what do they do?

A: They treat every comment as a new one. You must go through the process again and finding the same answer or a different one from before.

A

To use brainstorming for Upward communication.
To get valuable upward communication.

Deals with groups of 12 people.
More than 12 = challenges to overcome
Less than 12 = less input

Random Selection… that is … VOLUNTARY … where everyone in the group… has the SAME JOB.

The group does has a facilitator, who job is different.
