How do I use the Hydraulic manual levers for stabilizers?

Answer 1

1. Locate manual override controls at rear of truck.
2. Locate black override lever.
3. Hold black lever down and operate blue and or green manual stabilizer controls.

How do I use the Hydraulic manual levers for aerial?

Answer 2

1. Locate manual override controls at rear of truck.
2. Locate “Aerial Manual Control” switch in small compartment below controls on turntable control console.
3. Person 1 – Hold switch and visualize aerial
4. Person 2 – Operates grey manual control levers at rear of truck

Question 3

What if I am having hydraulic pump issues?

And what do I need to do to use this?

Answer 3

1. Use Emergency power unit (EPU) to bed ladder and/or stabilizers
2. While operating EPU
3. Truck should be running with Aerial Master ON
4. and Aerial PTO OFF.

Question 4

What is the override switch used for?

Answer 4

1. Allows Engineer to override interlocked circuits or Emergency Stop for emergency operation only
