  • hydration
  • stop nephrotoxic drug
  • chemotherapy, steroids, alkylating agents, monoclonal Ab, stem cell transplant
  • Symptom control= opiates (avoid NSAIDs), local radiotherapy, bisphosphonates, vertebroplasty
  • thialiomide
