Broker license requirments

A
  • 21 years old
  • U.S citizen
  • Full-time real estate experience 3 out of past 5 years
  • complete 90 hr broker pre-licensing exm
  • pass school and state exam
  • obtain fingerprint clearance card
  • take 9 hr broker management clinic before activating license
  • good for 2 years
  • 30 hrs of renewal classes every 2 yrs
  • 24 hrs of renewal classes for associate broker
