What is the difference between Hazing and Bullying

A

Hazing is normally with the intention of initiation or has a purpose other than harassment. Bullying is harassment, physical or mental abuse with the intention strictly to abuse the individual.

Define Hazing

A

Conduct in which a military member without proper authority causes another member to suffer or be exposed to any CRUEL, ABUSIVE, HUMILIATING, OPPRESSIVE, DEMEANING behavior regardless of the perpetrators and recipients service or rank.
