A

Four-levels:

  1. Tsy. (Sr. Staff)
  2. Other FAs (e.g. acc’ting, legal)
  3. IA and/or compliance group
  4. Board of directors (or appropriate board committee)

For policies with less impact: approval needed only @ designated executive level.
