Purpose

  • 2IC pass on instructions
  • OC Investigation brief the team, investigative topics, priorities, lines of enquiries.

Organisation
Team conferences usually chaired by OC Investigation, they must be carefully:
- Planned
- Recorded
- Focused and managed so they’re not drawn out.

Types of Conferences:

  • Initial
  • Regular
  • Debriefing
  • Phase Team (attended by OC phase and their staff only).
