A

ACE inhibitors block the conversion of angiotensin I to angiotensin II, and ARBs allow the formation of angiotensin II but block its receptors on its target organ and angiotensin-mediated aldosterone secretion –> BOTH prevent the vasoconstriction caused by angiotensin II
