Prepare affidavit of probable cause (75-52)

then entered into PCIC, then NCIC if captain approves

requirements for NCIC (National crime information center) Entry

Answer 2

Must be for a felony or serious misdemeanor
Must be extradited
Must be approved by Captain of detective division
(extradition will be decided upon speaking with captain)
