The Habitual Tense
Grammar. This tense is used to talk about events that take place on a regular basis (daily routine). Just add "hu-" to the verb. The important thing to note about this tense is that it's most often used along with a specific time reference.

Expressing "Of" and Possession
Changes form depending on the class of the noun it's linked to. The basic form of "of" in Swahili is "-a": onto this you add a prefix that varies by noun class. The prefix is the same that you use for possessives, which you learned in Lesson 3
