What working methods did Schiaparelli use?

1. Schiaparelli would often sketch her designs on paper, this is a method of couture productions widely adopted by contemporary designers, this directly links with the drawn design on the back.
2. She had wide circle of friends, with whom she often collaborated with, for e.g. Filmmaker Jean Cocteau, he designed the dual vase image which transferred line stitching on the dress.
3. Schiaparelli worked in a team, which made her coat a collaboration of skills and more ideas being able to be developed like the embroidery of the evening coat on the back bodice done by Maison Lesage.
