Lower Deck Unloading

A

a. If compartment 4 is loaded – unload it first.
b. Start aft hold unloading first, then forward and aft holds may be unloaded simultaneously, given that compartment 4 is already empty. Never begin forward hold unloading first.
c. Unload bay 11 last, after all bays are empty.
d. Should unloading of the aft hold be interrupted, then unloading of the forward hold must be halted until aft hold unloading resumes.

Mechanic toolbox in lower section 41 (M.E.C. compartment).

  • 3 EIC (FAK) boxes at aft end of Compartment 4.
  • 2 Spare wheels tied down at aft end of Compartment 2, See GMM 25-0-03. . In some airplanes the spare wheels are not permanently carried and their weight is not included in basic weight, as listed in section 3-1.1.
