-reluctant to confide in others
- reads hidden demeaning or threatening meanings into benign remarks
-bears grudges
-perceives attacks on character that are not and reacts angrily
-recurrent suspicions with spouse
B. does not occur with other mental disorders

-lack of remorse
B. must be at least 18 yo
