A

Cardiogenic Shock. Inotropic agents - Dobutamine.

A

Abdominal pain that refers to the shoulder from irritation to the diaphragm. Subdiaphragmatic peritonitis. Injury to the bladder dome (covered by peritoneum) causing rupture.
