Dangerous Cargo

Hot refuel

Mishap Reports & Investigations

Dangerous Cargo- May be carried in approved containers aboard a/c w/ or w/o passengers, provided the container is secured by proper tie downs, the lid is sufficiently tight to prevent leakage, and no more than 3/4full at loading. 

Hot refuel- Will not be conducted when sfc is colder than 0f/-18c as reported by Airforce weather. If weather is not avail, use a/c FAT gauge. 

Subzero fuel sample- will be taken when temp is 0c/32f or warmer

Mishap Reports and Investigations- All avn mishaps will be reported safety and unit will send timely Serius Incident Report (SIR) to the USARAK CDR within 4 hours

USARAK 95-1 Extreme Cold Weather

16CAB Stands flight/MSN restrictions

Training flights will be completed prior to the _th hr of duty if no reset has been accomplished or the crew will be provided _hrs of rest prior to the training flight. A max of _hrs flight time for training with at least _hrs of flight time remaining on the aircraft. 

(duty crews will not conduct training flights over weekends, holidays and donza's exc on a case by case basis and approved bythe company CDR. PC's will have deliberate conversations w/ maint to determine feasability. 

 

Training flights will be completed prior to the 10th hr of duty if no reset has been accomplished or the crew will be provided 4hrs of rest prior to the training flight. A max of 3hrs of flight time for training with at least 6 of flight time remaining on the aircraft.
