- gallbladder ==> RUQ
- spleen ==> LUQ
- pancreas ==> mostly LUQ, some RUQ
- duodenum ==> mostly RUQ, some LUQ
- descending colon ==> mostly LLQ, some LUQ
- ascending colon w/ cecum and vermiform appendix ==> mostly RLQ, some RUQ

- adrenal glands ==> one in each UQ
- kidneys ==> one in each UQ
- abdominal aorta ==> in center but on side of LUQ - splits @ periumbilical region
- ureters ==> one in each RUQ-RLQ and LUQ-LLQ
