Q

CT cell types

A
  • Fixed: fibroblast, fibrocyte, mesenchymal and adipose cells 2 første mest vanlig
  • Free: macrophages, mast cells, plasma cells, melanocytes and lymphocytes, moncytes and granulocytes
2
Q

Fibroblast

A

metabolic active, reound cell and nucleus

3
Q

Fibrocyte

A

metabolic less active, slender cell and nucleus, less organelles.

4
Q

Mesenchymal cells

A

pluripotent and undifferentiated, around blood vessels.

Serve as reservoir for cells able to differentiate into connective tissue cell types

5
Q

Adipose cells

A

single or in groups. sphericalor polyhedron, with a large lipid droplet with thin cytoplasm. may form a seperate tissue: adipose tissue-

6
Q

Macrophages

A

fixed in no reactive CT: motile upo stimulation. Specific to certain organs. liver, lungs, lymph nodes.

7
Q

Mast cells

A

surround blood vessels of skin and intestine.

Large metachromatic granules

8
Q

Plasma cells

A

Develope from B-lumphocytes to produce antibodies. found in loose CT og gi tract, respiratory system and lymphatic tissue

9
Q

Melanocytes

A

Large pigmented cells. Originate from neural crest. found in dermisis meninges choroid and iris

10
Q

lymphocytes, moncytes and granulocytes

A

are also seen temrarily in CT
