A

Right click on the Party, select modify, click the connection, enter the date and select a reason.

A

Cause number 49D061510CC034567. This is the surviving cause. The other cause is not updated after the date of the consolidation order.

Both causes. The two causes will be heard together but they are still separate causes.

By changing the filters.

What do you do with the new cases report each day?

A

Move the file location to court, add a No file note, check that all attorneys are on the Parties Tab and add the Jury Trial Demanded flag as needed.

A

Enter the order to consolidate on both causes and bring both files to the Team Leader’s office.
