Fire burning for more than 20 minutes in Ordinary Construction or 10 minutes in Lightweight Truss construction.
Smoke or water coming through the mortar joints.
Walls that are sagging or bulging.
New cracks in an exterior wall.
Heavy floor or roof loads under fire conditions.
Spongy roofs do to fire below.

Both exposure fans must be started at the same time. Do NOT use any form of vertical ventilation (the idea is to pressurize the whole occupancy)
