It is when your muscles feel weak, painful and tired

When you exercise your heart beats faster. Your heart rate is the number of time your heart beats in a minute.

A

It is the amount of blood pumped by the heart during each beat as our body needs more oxygen ,this will increase during physical activity, from this your heart increases in size , thickness and strength.

A

it is the amount of blood pumped by the heart in one minute , the higher your cardiac output is the better your performance will be .

What is the equation for cardiac output?

A

Cardiac output = stroke volume x heart rate

A

When you exercise hard you need to bring more oxygen in and get rid of carbon dioxide . There fore as you exercise your breathing rate gets quicker .
