A

> the individuals, groups or organisations that a company must communicate with, they are the target audience.
E.g customers, suppliers Employees etc.

A

A

Charity - corporate charitable donations are usually given without seeking publicity or reward, there is no commercial reward

Sponsorship - is undertaken with the aim of a quantifiable return on the investment

A

refers to the fact that different public’s have different images of the same company. People develop an image of a company based on their dealings with it.

explain the difference between quantitative and qualitative research

A

Quantitative - evaluation means measuring by numbers, it is numeric. e.g more job applications; higher percentage response

Qualitative - non-numeric data, the evaluation focuses on the content. e.g quality of the job applications

A

what companies and individuals believe to be true of themselves. mirror image may or may not be true.
Companies can sometimes be guilty of believing that they have an image that is far from reality

Measurable - ability to track the progress

Achievable - setting challenging, yet achievable goals to reach

Realistic - realistic goals that can be reached, factoring in budget

Time Sensitive - Objectives can me immediate, in the near future or distant future
