Yes, it shows Dizzee’s life. Beginning with a matriarchal white woman - ‘superior’ to dizzee.
Then the puppets show the narrative of dizzee’s life including crime and poverty, to where he is now and how he recognises and appreciates his success.

Dizzee said when he was young he would steal - he became famous and didn’t need to anymore.
Young teenage pregnancy reflects the rise of teen pregnancy - context at the time.

He was just 16 when he penned his first song - 20 when it came out.

Young Black boys seem stealing- Alvarado - Dangerous.
The woman looks down on people - as if she’s better as she’s richer.
She’s larger than the puppets and dizzee, this is because she is of a higher social class.
She has a standard british expected accent and dizzee has a more rough accent - it shows the area he’s from which is a poverty ridden area.

Contemporary audiences may think that police brutality is considered to have happened more in the past around the 50’s, however this is shown to be false in the video and the video shows that police brutality is still very much a contemporary thing.
