tinea or ringworm of the scalp(capitis), body(corpus), hand(manuum), feet(athlete’s foot), legs (crura), nails (unguium), and beard (berber)

candidiasis (yeast infection), moniliasis in children (thrush), browning of the nails

sporotrichosis, pricked by a rose thorn

pseudallescharia boydii and madeurella mycetomatis

spore dust, coccidiodomycosis (San Joaquin Valley Fever)
Blastomyces dermatitidis:
inhaled, North American blastomycosis (chicago disease)
histoplasma capsulatum:
chicken coup cleaning, histoplasmosis (ohio valley fever)
cryptococcus neoformans:
pigeon roosts, cryptococcosis
paracoccidiodes brasiliensis:
skin, paracoccidiodomycosis (South American blastomycosis)
Necrotic pneumonia:
fungus balls in lungs, aspergillus fumigatus
Trichuris trichuria:
whipworm, fecal pollution of soil with eggs
Ascaris lumbricoides:
intestinal nematode, fecal polution of soil with eggs
Enterobius vermicularis:
pinworm, close contact, “scotch tape test”
