What is a special license?

A

Allows the holder to sell or supply liquor to any person attending the occasion or event described in the license

A

Police may seize alcohol and container.

It is important that alcohol is seized and retained when a person is charged.

If the person is only warned/charged but not convicted, they are entitled to the return of the alcohol.
