  1. standard verbs / active voice: like πας / πασα / παν (παντος)
    1. present participle - λυων / λυουσα / λυον (λυοντος)
    2. aorist participle - λυσας / λυσασα / λυσαν (λυοσαντος)
  2. deponent verbs / middle voice: like ἀγαθος / ἀγαθη / ἀγαθον
    1. present participle - ῥυομενος / ῥυομενη / ῥυομενον
    2. aorist participle - ῥυσαμενος / ῥυσαμενη / ῥυσαμενον

  1. avoiding double indicative
    (e. g. εἰσελθων εἰπεν… - he entered and spoke)

  3. avoiding double imperative
