What is an easement?

a right to use or do something on someone else’s land

What is an easement appurtenant?
A
It requires 2 parcels of land. (1) The dominant parcel is benefited by the easement. (2) The servient parcel is burdened by the easement.

What is equitable conversion?
A
After execution of real estate K, buyer is equitable owner of land & seller is equitable owner of the cash (personal property)
