A

Supine - the patient is on his or her back.

Prone - the person is lying face down.

Right lateral recumbent - the patient is on his or her right side.

Fowler’s Position - the patient is sitting straight up or leaning slightly back. Their legs may be bent or straight.

Dorsal Recumbent - used for gynecological exams!
