(1) Valid Claims of others must be satisfied:
a. obtain release of liability from all injured parties
b. adjuciated not liable in court
c. deposits cash up to 10/20/10 (Avoids penalty)
(2) Owner-Operator must provide certificate of insurance for future accident: get SR-22 that certifies coverage for next 3yrs, if cxd during that time license/registration is suspended, if operator does not own an auto needs SR-22 by purchasing a named non-owner policy
