Lochia - how much they have been bleeding, color
Edema - check stitches for REEDA, education on peri bottle
Hommen’s sign/hemorrhoids - hommen’s sign is patient has history of DVT
Education/emotion - overall mood and bonding with infant, signs of baby blues
