how do you make sense of 1 Cor. 14:34-35 and 1 Timothy 2:11 in relation to church government? (scriptures about women’s role in church)

its about alignment to authority. 1 Cor. is about hair, 1 Timothy is modesty of dress. Because they’re not in alignment withs scripture and truth and obedience, they’re disqualified from leadership.
