Please fill the blanks in the following text;
Urine formation occurs in 3 stages.  The 1st phase is glomerular  x  which occurs in the tuft of capillaries in the Bowman’s Capsule.  Blood flowing through the glomerulus is filtered of its contents with dissolved materials forced into the Bowman’s Capsule.  Some substances such as large  x  remain in the blood stream.  The next phase in urine production is  x. This occurs in the  x  convoluted tubule and  loop of Henle. The 3rd phase of urine production is tubule  x   which occurs in the  x  convoluted tubule.
