75mg/Pill (1 dose ONLY) Swallow

20mg if pt DOES NOT TAKE diuretics

 

40mg if pt DOES take

  • Severe
    25mg via IV

1mg (1 unit) VIA IM

3) Hypertensive Emergency
1mg (1 unit) via IM

1) Moderate Allergic Reaction IF patient doesn't improve with 1:1,000
0.3mg via IV

2) Severe Allergic Reaction

Epi to be given in .1mg increments over 2 minutes
