Looking at the indications below, which flight controls are in NORMAL MODE? DIRECT MODE?

How does DIRECT mode effect the flight controls?
Lose "high level" functions for that control
If the START/STOP knob is moved to STOP and the engine continues to run, what might be the problem?
Associated thrust lever might not be at idle
How is the ignition system affected if you select OFF on the ground? In flight?
Ground: OFF deactivates ignition system
Flight: FADEC disregards the OFF position
What does the OVRD Position on the IGNITION switch do?
Directs FADEC to continually activate both igniters
What does TO CONFIG test?
EMER/PRK Brake OFF
Takeoff flaps set
Pitch trim in the green
MCDU flap configuration
When will the speed brakes automatically retract in flight?
If flaps >1 is selected
Speed below 180kts
Thrust levers forward >60 deg
What is the function of the GND PROX FLAP OVRD switch?
Inhibits aural flap alerts for landings with flaps other than 5 or FULL
When would we PUSH OUT the BKUP VOL switch?
When ACP fails
Both digital and audio busses fail
-CAPT will be connected to comm 1 only
-FO will be connected to comm 2 only
What is the pitch trim priority?
1. Backup trim
2. Captain trim
3. FO trim
4. Autopilot trim
What happens if only half of the switch is held for 5 sec?
That particular switch will be deactivated or locked out
What does this indicate about the cockpit door? (LOCK PB has a white line).
INHIB PB is black
UNLOCKED PB has "ON" in white
Cockpit door is unlocked
What would happen if emergency access is requested and the INHIB button is not selected?
How could you prevent entry?
-if INHIB is not selected within 30 sec the door will unlock
-selecting INHIB will lock the door for 500 sec and illuminate amber stripe
What does the (guarded) IFE RACK button control?
Controls power to entire rack
Except fan ventilation and smoke detection
