Throttle - Close slowly- confirm Nr Steady.
Idle Stop - Release and close fully.

IF vmc - Flare 100-150. Level skids and cushion
IF IMC - Flare 300’ on Rad 5deg nose up, maintain level skids at 50’ and cushion touchdown.
