*Arthrotomy w/ joint drainage + Abx 2-4 weeks:

  1. Nafcillin (vanco if MRSA)
  2. Ceftriaxone
  3. Ceftriaxone + Gent.
  4. Nafcillin (or vanco) + Ceftriaxone
