A

If the pupils are unequal, diagnose rising ICP and summon urgent neurosurgical help
Retinal vein pulsation at fundoscopy helps exclude ICP

ABC 
Oxygen Sat
Pulse, BP, Temp, RR, pupils 
Assess anterograde amnesia 
U&E
Glucose 
FBC 
Blood Alcohol
Toxicology Screen 
If indicated: CT head
