what are indications for SLP for stuttering?

1. 3 or more dysfluencies per 100 syllables
2. avoidances or escapes (pauses, head nod, blinking)

occur in NREM

avoid sleep depriation
avoid meds that might make it worse
wake them 15 min pre
ensure safety
can use benzo if very disruptive

3. Disturbance in the way in which one's body weight or shape is experienced, undue influence of body weight or shape on self-evaluation, or denial of the seriousness of the current low body weight.
