  3. sporocyst ingested by pill bug
  4. cercariae/pill bug is eaten by lizard/toad
  5. cercariae encyst in bile duct of lizard
  6. cat eats lizard
  7. excyst and migrate to bile duct and mature

Lizard poisoning: small 4-8mm; 40x30 um, operculated
Lung Fluke: small 7-16mm; LARGE 100x50um operculated nodules on edges
Salmon: tiny 1-2mm; Large 60x50um operculated yellow/brown
Blood: tiny up to 7/9mm; Large 80x50mm NONoperculated. Female fits into male
Alaria: spoon shaped 2-4mm, Large bubbly egg 110x70um operculated
