Q

What is ATTCS?

How is it Auto Activated?

A

“Automatic Takeoff Thrust Control System”

Controlled by FADEC

Automatically provides RSV Thrust when TLs are at TOGA and one of the following:

  • 15% difference in N1 readings
  • One engine failure during T/O or G/A
  • Windshear Detection

Q

What is the only primary flight control that is not fly by wire?

A

Ailerons

18
Q

What is the priority for the trim system?

A
  • Back-up trim
  • Captain trim

20
Q

What systems provide data to the FCMs?

A

Smart Probes and Air Data Application Modules (ADA)

IRS (Airplane Attitude and Acceleration for AoA limiting)

Proximity Sensor Electronic Modules (WoW and Ground Spoiler Position Data)
