I: Base of distal phalanx of the thumb

Origin: Humeral head: Medial epicondyle of humerus
Ulnar head: Coronoid process of ulna
Radial head: Anterior oblique line of radius

F: Flexion of PIP of 4 fingers, assists wrist and MCP flexion
