What should you do if you suspect someone has a spinal injury

A
  1. Dial 911
  2. Keep the person still and in the same position as found in
  3. Provide as much first aid as possible without moving person’s head or neck
  4. If you absolutely must roll the person because he is chocking on blood or vomit or is in danger of further injury, use at least two people
