A

For being too optimistic as both their methods haven’t promoted gender equality as they envisaged.

A

Capitalism causes it.

1) women absorb anger from working husbands. Ansley days they are ‘takers of shit’ = take anger from husband = cushion it.
2) women reproduce the labour force through their unpaid domestic labour. They socialise them with the values required by capitalists.
