What does Emergency LSR Ops entail?

Both 1st + 2nd due bring their LSR to any bldg that are 3 stories or greater in height. This includes fireproof mds. The 2nd due roof will position both his and the 1st due roof’s LSR at potential substantial objects, preferrably different objects for each LSR.

Note - During Emer LSR ops, the LSRs shall not be removed from the bags except for actual rescue operations.

When the fire is put as “probably will hold” , or the IC informs membs to evacuate, or IC informs membs their services are no longer needed.
