What do employees expect in terms of OHS

A

Employees not only expect that their physical environment is safe; they also expect they will be given appropriate training to ensure that they know how to work safely. Many LSOs take OHS extremely seriously and companies such as Wesfarmers link executive remuner- ation (pay) to safety performance.
