Behavior Therapy:
1) Focuses on current behavior and not on past behavioral patterns. 2) Focuses on precise treatment goals. 3) Objective evaluation of therapeutic outcomes

CBT:
1) emotional problems are the result of one’s beliefs. 2) Cognitive restructuring. 3) Behavior change happens when the individual becomes more aware of how they think, feel, and behave.
