3.1 Release of Accident Reports
A
Filing means the date the report was received by the Central Record Unit. Pursuant to Transportation Article 20-110 for 60 days after filing of a motor vehicle accident report issued only to– individual, legal rep, insurance, States Attorney, victim, media, Gov agencies

4.4 Release of all other reports
A
All requests for copies of reports/ communication tapes/ patrol videos or DVDs from civilians or outside agencies, to include the States Attorney office will be requested in writing and forwarded to the Central Records Director

16.2 ID# and Criminal History
A
Every time an individual is arrested and criminally charged. 2 FBI and 1 CJIS fingerprint card will be completed as well as one Final Disposition Report
