5.2 Appeal Process

Sworn employees who desire to appeal their evaluation must do so within 15 calendar days following the receipt of their evaluation. The appeal must be submitted in writing on a "Special" and must indicate the reason for the appeal

The Hearing Board will notify the Appellant in writing of the decision within 10 calendar days after the hearing. The decision of the Hearing Board is final and binding on all parties
