What is behaviour?

A

Behaviour generally is anything that a person says or does, technically behaviour is any muscular, glandular or electrical activity of an organism, 3 synonyms for behaviour: activity, action and performance

What is the difference between Overt and Covert behaviours?

A

Overt behaviours are visible behaviours that could be observed and recorded by an individual other than the one performing the behaviour. Covert behaviour, are private and internal activities that cannot be readily observed by others, activities that occur “within ones skin” (pg.3)
