2. Holem Waw after first consonant and tsere stem vowel (perfect only 3ms, reverts to Pathach/Shewa [רוֹמַ֫מְתָּ])
3. Imper. and Ptc. have VS preformative
4. The Bicon R2 duplicates (looks like a Geminate)
